An important competitive year for Teamnetwork Albatro Siracusa is over.
The team is confirmed at the top of the highest A league as to 2015/16 championship and the club is starting to design the next competition season targeting the right ambitions of the leadership and capitalizing what gained to date.
Great satisfaction came from youth activities: second place for male team U14 and third place of the U12 in Regional awards. To consolidate the excellent performance it has been achieved the convocation in the National team of the U16 athletes: Alessio Lo Bello, Umberto Bronzo, Alessia Intagliata and Beatrice Pugliara, while in the Regional youth selections there are 6 boys and 6 girls U14, who are playing in the trophy of the Areas in Misano Adriatico in July.
Huge goals also in the social network, where from years the Teamnetwork Albatro is present in schools with the "Hands Project” involving about 800 children this year, and then arousing the interest of CONI, which admitted Teamnetwork Albatro into their national project "COAS" (Centre oriented for the introduction to sports), as the only association in the Centre-South of Italy for handball, with the aim of targeting new "talents", in view of possible Olympic Games in Rome.
