EXPO REAL 2008 is an international event of great importance in the real estate sec- tor and the figures speak for themselves. From 6th to 8th October, there were 24,500 visitors from 77 countries to the 11th International Real Estate Exhibition (last year 23,800 visitors came from 77 countries). More than 17,500 representatives of exhibiting countries took part in the event. EXPO REAL thus received a total of 42,000 operators (last year: 39,000), achieving a general growth of 7.7% compared to the previous year. Our service of Building Automation, in addition to the proposals of real estate development our competence in design, building and management of golfing facilities, aroused great interest. There were numerous concrete/ promising/serious contacts (about 80) and some of these are at an advanced stage of discussion, despite the international economic crisis which had already broken out when the exhibition was held.
