Support, education, training and growth are the four key words of the “Mani” Project that re- volves around the values of sport and culture. Specific actions are scheduled in so-called schools “at risk”, with activities of movement linked with the game of handball but also various workshops, from computers and extra school lessons to creative ones (on art, drama, music therapy etc.), all aimed at the education of the children with the intention of following their global development.
The objective is to offer and promote the moral and life values that sport-game, culture and creative expression can give as fundamental factors for growth, letting the youngsters experience them. The “Mani” Project aims to be a vehicle for children and young people for a complete experience through which to get to know themselves, their self-esteem, being and collaborating with others, learning to manage their emotions and expressing themselves in something on their own scale.
